The Lovers, the Dreamers and Jason Segel

Just for funzies this weekend I wanted to get out a Muppet piece in honor of the new movie. You can keep your glittery vampire bullshit, who needs it? But if you need a Muppet fix, run and see this movie. It’s safe to say if this movie does bad, which i don’t think it will, it will be the end of our funny, felt friends. Thank you Jason Segel for making sure this movie happened, and making sure it’s awesome. In fact, it’s damn near perfect.

The movie did leave me wondering one thing, where can I buy some fart shoes? Wokka Wokka.

Black Friday Sale

If you have been thinking about buying a painting for a gift this year but was a little on the fence about it, maybe this will help seal the deal. Any original painting in the store is offered up for HALF OFF, but only until Monday night. On some paintings that’s about 600 bucks off. Email me if you are interested, as the store is not set up at the moment for this kind of ridiculous savings. Happy shopping everyone.

Bye Buddy, Hope You Find Your Dad

…Thanks Mr Narwhal.

I apologize for dishing this out before Thanksgiving, it’s a little early. But here is a little Buddy the Elf to gobble down with your turkey. Will Ferrell’s “Elf” rocks and is without a doubt a classic, must do every year. And this is my favorite scene, and the most quoted by myself and fellow nerds. Hope you enjoy it. I’m thinking about making some custom Christmas cards of this to offer here on the site. If your interested let me know and we can figure something out.

And I thought I would put a plug in this post about my calendar. In order to get them out by Christmas I needed to make the last day to order them December 5th, don’t miss out. I don’t think I will be doing a 2nd order of this one. $25 bucks plus tax and shipping, comes to $31.94. Any additional Calendar after the first one is $20 bucks plus tax.

If you do not like them you are a sphincter boy.

Here is something that I cranked out this past weekend. I was trying to do a little something that wasn’t in my norm. I’m getting a little tired of my style and it’s time to freshen it up a bit. Not the subject matter of course. I am and hopefully forever will be a pop junky. But just trying to do something a bit different. Does it look different? I dunno. Maybe. Anyways, enjoy. Selling this 11″ x 14″ piece for $200. Giclee for $60, print $20.

I’m not gonna lie, I have been bullshitting about doing a Calendar of my paintings for a long, long time. I’ve even tried to get other artists to work with me and do a collection of paintings for Calendar too, and no dice. There are so many good themes to do one with and I am lucky enough to had done enough art with a movie theme to put something great together. So this is it, I’ve been working on the graphics in what little free time I had since summer. And I am hoping people respond to it well. Maybe it’ll be a new tradition to knock one out every year at this time. But that is up to you guys.

So here is the Holiday plug… If you know someone who is in to classic cult movies like “Vacation”, “Back to the Future” or “Three Amigos” and want to give them something truly unique for Christmas, this is your gift. Especially if it is someone who doesn’t shut up from quoting “Anchorman”, “Caddyshack” or “Ghostbusters”, this is the gift for them. I put together a collection my paintings mixed with some movie tie-in graphics for each month. Each painting has been inspired from my favorite movies, some I grew up watching as a kid and know religiously, as well as some new favorites. The size of the Calendar is 10″ wide by 18″ long, and has a black high quality spiral binding at the top. I didn’t F around with this, it is just like something you would by in the store. I’m really proud of how this came out and if this is your thing, I think you would really enjoy it.

Ordering is easy, follow this link, or just email me at They are $25 each plus tax. And shipping is $5 bucks anywhere in the country. And if you order multiple I’ll cut you a deal, just ask. Thanks for checking it out and let me know what you think!
